CONCRETE CLEANER*

     Concrete cleaner is a biodegradable cleaner that removes red clay stains, rust stains, mold, mildew, algae, iron sediment, tire marks, smoke stains & environmental stains from concrete, brick, stone, open-face block, treated wooden decks, bominite, pools, pavers, quarry tile, terra cotta tile, exterior painted surfaces, vinyl siding, fiberglass & other masonry surfaces.  Concrete Cleaner will not damage surrounding plant life nor will it etch the surface being cleaned when used as directed.  An industrial strength concentrate, this product dilutes up to 4 to 1.

CONCRETE DEGREASER*

oncrete Degreaser lifts off and cleans grease and oil from concrete, masonry, treated wooden decks, quarry tile, vinyl siding & other surfaces.   Biodegradable, this formula also lifts off tree sap and resins from concrete.  When used as directed, it will not etch the surfaces being cleaned nor harm the surrounding plant life.  Industrial-strength, this product dilutes up to 3 to 1.

RUST REMOVER*

 Biodegradable, this industrial-strength concentrate will remove rust stains, red clay stains, mold, mildew, algae, and environmental stains from stucco, quarry tile, porcelain, concrete, masonry or painted exterior surfaces such as wood, painted metal & painted aluminum.  When used as directed, Rust Remover produces no deadly fumes and will not harm the surface being cleaned or the surrounding plant life.  Dilutes up to 2 to 1.

Rust from wrought iron pool furniture had built up over a period of years.  After getting deck cleaned the owners used vinyl pool furniture.

POOL/TILE CLEANER*

 This exceptional cleaner removes mold, mildew, algae stains, dissolves scale, soap scum, oil film, calcium & mineral deposits from pools, pool tiles and bathroom fixtures.  When used as directed, this biodegradable product will not harm the surface being cleaned nor the surrounding plant life.  It may be diluted up to 4 to 1.

CONCRETE PREP CLEANER FOR ETCHING*

 To be used on concrete in preparation for epoxy coatings, paints, sealers or stains, this biodegradable formula cleans, degreases and etches in one application.   Concrete Etcher will clean and etch through most concrete curing compounds, water base or solvent base.  Comes ready-to-use; one gallon will cover approximately 200 square feet.

TILE GROUT CLEANER

 This product cleans ceramic tile grout, tub surrounds, porcelain, chrome, glass doors, plumbing fixtures and more.  It has a deep cleaning formula and a citrus scent.

ODOR-ERASE

Odor-Erase is effective against a wide variety of odors such as urine, mildew, smoke, pets, sewage backup and other unpleasant smells.  Spraying a solution of Odor-Erase into the air eliminates airborne odors like cooking odors from garlic, fish, onions, or burned foods.  Can be used on upholstery, drapes, carpets, shower curtains, and mattresses.  Always test a small inconspicuous spot for color-fastness.  Odor-Erase is effective on automobile odors from tobacco and musty carpets.

CULTURED MARBLE CLEANER & POLISH

Cultured Marble Cleaner & Polish is for use on hard, slick surfaces such as windows, mirrors, tile and ceramic surfaces which can be polished to a beautiful shine.  Keeps surfaces cleaner longer because dirt cannot stick as easily to a polished surface.  May also be used to remove excess Tile Grout Sealer from surface of ceramic tile.  Contains no distillates.

FURNITURE CLEANER & POLISH

 Home Advantage Furniture Cleaner & Polish contains a mild cleaning solution with a special blend of carnauba wax to gently cleanse and provide a long lasting shine.  The use of this product provides a protective coating which will help prevent damage to your surfaces caused by the soiling and drying effects from dust and fingerprints.  Dusting without a cleaner only removes light lint and surface marks, but does not cut through soil and grease.  

LAMINATED FURNITURE PROTECTANT

Biodegradable, Pine Scent All Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser removes dirt, grime, oil and grease spots, finger-prints, smudges, smoke film, mildew and algae from any washable surface.  Quarts and gallons may be used full strength or diluted.  The quart size makes up to 10 gallons, and the gallon size makes up to 40 gallons.

MULTI-PURPOSE SPRAY BOTTLE

 This reusable quart spray bottle is convenient for diluting our concentrates and for saving money.  For dilutions, follow the directions on the product containers pertaining to quarts.  Not for products made with citrus or lithium hypochlorite.   These products require chemically resistant sprayers.

GEL HAND CLEANER  (Plain) 

 This waterless hand cleaner contains coconut oil soap, bacteriostats, lanolin, and no harsh solvents.  It not only removes grease, grime, asphalt, shellac, tar, dyes, adhesives, paint, ink, carbon, rubber cement, and putty, but it also conditions and leaves hands free of bacteria which could infect cuts and scratches.

GEL HAND CLEANER WITH PUMICE

 The addition of pumice is the only difference between this waterless hand cleaner and the Gel Hand Cleaner (Plain).  Pumice is a grit which aids in loosening grease and oil from the dirtiest hands.

LIQUID DISH SOAP

 Liquid Dish Soap has a pleasant fragrance and is highly concentrated.   It is used in hospitals, hotels, restaurants and homes for hand washing dishes and glassware.  One cap full in a pan or sink filled with water will cut grease and food from glass, plastic, ceramic, and metal dish surfaces.

LOTION HAND SOAP

 This scented lotion soap may be used in dispensers in restaurants, motels, restrooms, or in the home.  After washing with Lotion Hand Soap, hands feel clean and smooth as though lotion had been applied.

BRASS & COPPER CLEANER

Brass & Copper Cleaner removes tarnish without scratching.  Rinsing with water will result in a smooth, polished surface with a brilliant shine.  It contains no petroleum distillates.  This cleaner will not leave a black residue on hands or on cleaning cloths, and it has a pleasant fragrance.

SILVER CLEANER & POLISH

 Like the Brass & Copper Cleaner, when this product is rinsed with water, it results in a smooth polish and brilliant shine.  It has an anti-tarnishing agent, and does not contain petroleum distillates.  Silver Cleaner & Polish was specifically developed to eliminate the offensive odor caused when cleaners come in contact with atmospheric sulfur, the element that causes tarnish on silver.

 This biodegradable formulation, with soil retardant, is a dry foam product which cleans without penetrating through the carpet into the carpet backing.   It is excellent for cleaning upholstery.   We recommend it for use in conventional tank-type rotary machines or foam dispensing equipment.  Dilutes up to 15 to 1.

TIME RELEASE CARPET SPOTTER

 Time Release Carpet Spotter is specifically formulated as a spot cleaner.  This single formulation combines selected surfactants, perfumes, enzymes and synergistic bio-strains to achieve complete organic removal in a single cleaning application.  It is designed specifically for hand-cleaning applications, and is very effective for removing organic stains such as milk, blood, wine, vomit, urine and feces from fabrics and carpets.
