BUFFERED ACIDS
CONCRETE CLEANER
Q. What type of stains will Concrete Cleaner work on?
A. Concrete Cleaner removes red clay stains, rust, mildew, iron sediment, mold and
environmental stains from concrete, masonry, brick and more.

Q. Can I use it on vinyl siding?
A. Yes. Concrete Cleaner is designed to work not only on concrete, but also on masonry,
brick, granite, open face block, decks, pools, pavers and vinyl siding.

Q. You said it's concentrated. How much do I dilute it?
A. That depends on the job to be cleaned. Each gallon of Concrete Cleaner can make up to 5
gallons of diluted cleaner. For really tough jobs mix 1 gallon concentrate to 1 gallon
water.

CONCRETE DEGREASER
Q. My driveway has an ugly oil stain on it. Will Concrete Degreaser remove it?
A. Concrete Degreaser is ideal for lifting off and cleaning grease and oil from concrete,
masonry, treated wood decks, brick, vinyl siding and more. Always remove or
absorb excess grease or oil from surface to be cleaned.

Q. Pine trees have left a sticky mess on our deck. Will Concrete Degreaser help?
A. Concrete Degreaser also lifts off tree sap and resins from concrete, masonry, etc.

Q. Concrete Degreaser sounds like it is pretty strong. Is it safe to use?
A. It is strong. It is an industrial strength concentrate that will get the job done, but
it is also biodegradable and safer to use. It will not burn your hands when used as
directed, however, you should wash your hands thoroughly after use.

Q. You said it's concentrated. How much do I dilute it?

Q. What is Concrete Etcher?
A. Concrete Etcher prepares concrete for painting or epoxy coatings, penetrating seals or
stains.

Q. Where would I use it?
A. Use Concrete Etcher to prepare warehouse floors, driveways, patios, walkways, etc. to
receive concrete stains, paints and various seals.

Q. Is it safe to use?
A. When used as directed Concrete Etcher is safe and effective. It's biodegradable and
fumes are minimal. Always test a small area for any adverse reaction.

Q. How much will I need for the job?
A. One gallon of Concrete Etcher covers approximately 200 sq. feet.

POOL/TILE CLEANER
Q. I don't have a pool. Why should I buy Pool/Tile Cleaner?
A. Pool/Tile Cleaner can be used to clean exterior tiles, porcelain, toilet bowls... and
of course, pools!

Q. Will Pool/Tile Cleaner remove the mildew around our pool?
A. Yes. Pool/Tile Cleaner removes mildew, mold, algae and stains. It also dissolves scale,
soap scum, oil film, calcium and mineral deposits on pools, exterior tiles and toilet
bowls.

Q. Is Pool/Tile Cleaner safe to use?
A. Pool/Tile Cleaner will not burn your hands or damage surfaces and surrounding plant
life and foliage when used as directed . It's biodegradable, too.

Q. Is it economical to buy?
A. One gallon of professional, industrial strength Pool/Tile Cleaner concentrate will make
up to 5 gallons of diluted cleaner.

RUST REMOVER
Q. I have rust on my boat. Will Rust Remover take it off?
A. Rust Remover will remove rust stains or red clay stains from any surface on your house
or boat that is resistant to acid.

Q. What about rust stains on stainless steel?
A. Rust Remover removes rust stains from stainless steel, stucco, exterior tile,
porcelain, concrete, masonry or painted exterior surfaces such as wood, painted metal,
including painted aluminum.

Q. Is Rust Remover safe to use?
A. This industrial strength concentrate is environmentally safe, contains no harmful fumes
and will not burn your hands when used as directed. It's also biodegradable.

Q. Will it harm the plants surrounding the surface being cleaned?
A. Rust Remover is diluted before use. When used as directed it will not harm surrounding
plant life and foliage.

ALL PURPOSE CLEANERS
GLASS CLEANER
Q. Do I need to dilute Glass Cleaner before using it?
A. Quart size Glass Cleaner needs no mixing and is ready to use. Gallon sizes are
concentrated and should be diluted 1 part Glass Cleaner to 3 parts water.

Q. Some cleaners leave streaks on our windows. Will yours?
A. Not at all. Apply Glass Cleaner with a sprayer and cloth and watch it cut through water
spots and soap film leaving a spotless shine with no streaks.

Q. What about the dust that collects on our hard surfaces?
A. Glass Cleaner is great for most interior or exterior hard surfaces where you want a
dust resistant, wax free finish.

Q. Is Glass Cleaner safe to use?
A. Glass Cleaner is a biodegradable, environmentally safer product but the substance you
are cleaning may not be. Please use care and caution in the removal and disposal of any
substance that is not biodegradable.

DIRT REMOVER ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
Q. Can I use Dirt Remover inside as well as outside?
A. Yes. Dirt Remover All Purpose Cleaner removes grease, oil and grime from most interior
or exterior hard surfaces.

Q. Is it concentrated?
A. Yes. Depending on the cleaning strength needed, one gallon of Dirt Remover All Purpose
Cleaner can make from 32 to 128 gallons of cleaner.

Q. What can I clean with this product?
A. Dirt Remover All Purpose Cleaner will clean mildew, algae, smoke film, soap scum, oil
and grease spots, tire marks, heel marks, fingerprints and smudges from hard surfaces. It
can even be added to the laundry for heavily soiled work clothes.

HARD FLOOR SURFACES
Since tile is a popular floor covering used in businesses and homes, we will use tile
flooring in the following examples. Dirt Remover All Purpose Cleaner and Pine Scent All
Purpose Cleaner & Degreaser are two good choices to use in preparing the surface to be
stripped and refinished.
Once you have washed your floor, you may find that it still looks dull and dingy and has a
wax buildup, especially in the corners.
Q. How much will one container of concentrate make?
A. That depends on the cleaning job. For extremely difficult grease spots, use full
strength. To control odor and other light cleaning, one gallon will make up to 128 gallons
of solution. How do I apply it?
A. With a cotton mop or lambs wool applicator, apply a thin even coat of Home Advantage
Floor Tile Sealer. Let dry thoroughly, then reapply a second thin coat.

Q. What can I use to remove a wax buildup on my tile floor?
A. Wax Stripper is a super fast acting acrylic wax stripper without the undesirable vapors
of ammonia. This biodegradable formula comes in a concentrated industrial strength. Dilute
with water according to package directions.

Q. On what type of floors can I use Wax Stripper?
A. Use on linoleum, vinyl, interior quarry tile and interior brick floors, but do not use
on wood floors that do not have a poly coating.

Q. What can I use to clean my baseboards?
A. Baseboard Cleaner & Stripper sets a new standard for removing finish and
soil that cannot be touched by the toughest liquid stripper.

Q. How does it work?
A. Spray on foam clings to the surface to release the buildup. Use a cloth or sponge to
easily scrub away the loosened soil and wax buildup, then rinse with water.

Q. After the wax has been removed from the floor and baseboards, what do I do next?
A. It's time to apply the Floor Tile Sealer to seal and prolong the life of resilient
tile, linoleum, terrazzo, brick, quarry tile, and concrete floors.

Q. How do I apply it?

Q. What's next?
A. For a beautiful, high gloss finish, the next step is to apply Floor Tile Gloss Finish.
It can be used on resilient tile, interior quarry tile, interior brick, linoleum, terrazzo
and concrete floors.

Q. How long does this take?
A. After applying a thin coat of Floor Tile Gloss Finish with mop or wax applicator, allow
approximately 25 minutes to dry between coats. This product has a high speed buffable
finish.

Q. How can I keep it looking good?
A. Now that your tile floor looks great you can keep it looking that way with Floor Tile
Brightener which is a non-dulling, non-alkaline cleaner which never needs rinsing.

Q. What makes it look so bright and shiny?
A. Floor Tile Brightener contains optical brighteners to enhance the gloss. It also leaves
a pleasant clean fragrance.

SOFT SURFACE CLEANERS
Q. My problem is pet stains and other organic stains from food dropped by my kids. What
will solve those problems?
A. Time Release Carpet Spotter is specifically formulated as a spot area cleaner for
organic stain removal. Odors are destroyed at their source. It combines selected
surfactants, perfumes, enzymes and synergistic bio-strains to achieve complete organic
removal in a single cleaning application.

Q. How do I use it?
A. Spray, mop or wipe a generous supply of cleaner on the carpet, then scrub the stain
until it is removed. Rinse the area with fresh, warm water and use a shop towel to remove
any remaining cleaner.

Q. We try to keep our carpet looking nice but sometimes they just need to be cleaned all
over. What can we use then?
A. Carpet Shampoo is a dry foam formula with a soil retardant added. We recommend using an
upright, tank-type carpet shampooer or rotary buffing machine with a bonnet. It only takes
a few ounces of product per gallon of water, so one gallon can make up to 16 gallons of
cleaner. Our cleaner is safe to use on all fast colors.

Q. What do you mean by "dry foam formula"?
A. After carpet is dry you will notice a powder residue. Vacuum the powder to leave a
fresh, clean carpet. Carpet Shampoo cleans without penetrating through the carpet into the
carpet backing.

BRASS & COPPER CLEANER
Q What can I use to clean my brass accessories?
A. We recommend Brass & Copper Cleaner. It removes tarnish and leaves a smooth
polished surface with a brilliant shine.

Q Cleaning brass is usually so messy. I hate all the black on my hands.
A. Brass & Copper Cleaner contains a low level of abrasive and leaves less black
residue on hands or cleaning cloths than any other product on the market.

Q How should I apply the product?
A. Using a soft cloth, rub lightly over badly discolored areas. Rinse with cool, clean
water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use paper towels which can scratch metal
finishes.
